About the role As part of our Project Delivery team,you'll manage a diverse portfolio of projects that help shape the places wherepeople live, work, and play. From essential infrastructure through to parks,playgrounds, and community facilities, you'll take ownership of projects fromplanning through to completion, delivering quality outcomes that make a realdifference to Southland communities. Responsibilities willinclude: Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internalstakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes. Monitor project budgets, programmes, risks, andcontract performance. Ensure projects meet quality, health and safety, andcompliance requirements. Build positive relationships with stakeholders,contractors, and colleagues. Contribute to continuous improvement across theProject Delivery team. What you’llbring: Relevant experience in project management or arelated engineering, construction, or infrastructure role. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverquality outcomes. Strong communication and relationship-buildingskills. Sound commercial and financial awareness.
