Senior Quantity Surveyor

Core Responsibilities Lead the quantity surveying of multiple civil infrastructure projects from procurement through to final account. Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. Administer subcontract agreements. Manage variations, claims, and commercial negotiations. Identify and mitigate commercial risks to maximise project performance. Develop collaborative and productive relationships with long term project partners. Key Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Extensive experience in civil infrastructure projects in NZ or Australia Demonstrated ability to independently manage large, complex projects. Strong expertise in contract administration, claims management, and commercial risk. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. NZ working rights essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
