Coordinator, People Location: Wellington As the first point of contact for HR queries, you'll be the person who helps leaders and employees find the right answers, navigate people processes, and access support when they need it. This role offers hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle and adds exposure to: Providing day‑to‑day HR advice and support through our AskHR service Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employment changes and off‑boarding activities Preparing employment documentation and maintaining employee records Supporting leaders with people processes and self‑service tools Troubleshooting queries, researching solutions, and escalating complex matters when needed Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Helping ensure our systems, documentation and processes are accurate, efficient and fit for purpose What You'll Bring You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a qualification in Human Resources or some experience in an HR, recruitment, administration or customer service environment Enjoy working through problems and finding practical solutions Use initiative and take ownership of your work Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Are comfortable juggling competing priorities and deadlines Communicate clearly and can explain information in a way others understand Enjoy building positive relationships with a wide range of people Are curious, adaptable and motivated to learn Understand the importance of confidentiality and good judgement About us The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is New Zealand's aviation safety and security regulator.
