Brewer - Brew Union

You\u2019ll be hands-on across the full production process: brewing, fermentation, cellaring, packaging, and kegging. You\u2019ll keep the brewery clean, records accurate, and beer consistent. There\u2019s also a bar and wholesale side to the business, so the ability to work across teams and talk confidently about what you make is part of the job. This is a 40-hour per week role. Brewing doesn\u2019t keep office hours, so early starts are part of the deal. We\u2019re a small team, which means you\u2019ll need to be self-directed and comfortable picking up the slack where it\u2019s needed.
