About The Opportunity Looking for a role that gets you out on the road and keeps you active? Our Christchurch Branch is on the hunt for a confident and reliable driver to join our awesome team! If you enjoy being hands-on, working with a great bunch of people, and providing excellent service to customers, this could be the perfect role for you. What Your Day Will Look Like Delivering products to sites and building strong relationships with our customers. Assisting with Inwards Goods - picking and packing orders, stocking shelves and cycle counting. Supporting other areas of the branch as needed. This role could be a great fit for Plumbers, Tradies, or those from a trade background who are looking to step away from the tools while still staying connected to the industry. Your practical knowledge and customer-focused approach will be highly valued as you help support customers and the wider team. We're also committed to developing our people. A Quick Glance At What We Need From You A hands-on team player - ready to load the truck and meet customers on-site. Customer-focused - whether you're on the road or in the branch. Physically fit - comfortable with some heavy lifting (up to 20kgs) Positive attitude - keen to learn and help wherever needed. Flexible and reliable - willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in with the team. Trade knowledge is a bonus, but not essential - we'll teach you what you need to know! This role is a permanent full-time position working 42.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations. knowledgeable of the Christchurch/Canterbury area Good sales & service skills. Reliable with a great attitude. Good time management. Work well under pressure while displaying good sound logic. Customer Focus is a must (mainly trade related) Physically fit as there will be some heavy lifting (up to 20kgs) A full, clean New Zealand drivers' licence.
