Regional Pallet Coordinator

Due to increased volumes, we have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Pallet Coordinator to join our Auckland team in Otahuhu! Shift: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm About the role - Mō te tūranga The day-to-day tasks for this role will include coordinating and monitoring all aspects of pallets, keeping accurate and complete records of movements through the branches while working towards minimising rental costs. Additional key duties below: Following health and safety policies Management of pallet accounts Pallet process training, development and compliance Ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved Accurate and timely record keeping Identifying, monitoring and improving equipment movements What will you bring? – Ōu Pūkenga? To succeed in this role, you will be able to communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships. Additionally, you will need: At least 5 years’ experience in the Transport or Logistics industry Tertiary qualification in Transport or Logistics (preferred, not essential) Experience with pallet tracking (preferred, not essential) Strong knowledge of computer systems and information technology Experience with Microsoft Office products Experience with 2IC pallet software (preferred, not essential) Strong ability to analyse and interpret information Great communication skills both written and verbal Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Positive ‘can do’ attitude showing resilience and adaptability Excellent time management skills Your Benefits - Ō Painga You\'ll be part of a team going places, building a legacy of best practice and working with people keen to draw on your expertise.
