Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager to lead the implementation of strategic transnational education (TNE) initiatives within a complex and dynamic tertiary education environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of international education partnerships and programmes that support organisational growth and global engagement objectives. About the Role Reporting to a senior leader within the Global Engagement portfolio, you will manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic projects that involve multiple stakeholders across academic and professional services areas. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are successfully implemented, aligned to organisational priorities, and delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, including planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes. Collaborate with leaders and teams across the organisation to coordinate workstreams and drive implementation. Support the development of business cases, project documentation, and strategic recommendations. Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication across diverse groups. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best-practice project management approaches. Provide advice and support on change management, process improvement, and implementation activities. About You Proven experience managing complex projects and strategic initiatives. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience preparing reports, business cases, and stakeholder communications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. The ability to influence, collaborate, and build effective relationships across a broad stakeholder group. A tertiary qualification at degree level or equivalent experience. Why Apply?
