Archway Recruitment is partnering with a specialist consultancy that delivers a diverse range of projects across land development, surveying, resource consenting, public works advisory and project management. The Role This 12-month fixed-term opportunity has been created to cover parental leave and offers approximately 25 hours per week, making it an ideal option for someone seeking flexibility while still enjoying a varied and engaging role. As Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, financial administration, tender submissions and marketing activities across the business. Working closely with project managers and the wider team, you will help ensure projects, client information, documentation and business processes remain accurate, organised and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Include Setting up and maintaining project records, budgets and documentation Coordinating monthly invoicing and supporting accounts receivable processes Assisting with project budget tracking and reporting Supporting the preparation of proposals, tenders and expressions of interest Maintaining project files, records and document control processes Assisting with marketing content, project profiles, social media and capability statements Coordinating meetings, team events and general office administration Supporting CRM administration and maintaining client data records Providing administration support to project managers and technical teams Role Requirements To be successful in this role, you will bring: At least 1-2 years' experience in administration, coordination or office support Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work Confident written and verbal communication skills Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly A proactive, team-focused approach and willingness to get involved where needed Experience within professional services, construction, engineering, property or project environments is advantageous Exposure to project management, financial, CRM or document management systems would be beneficial Experience supporting marketing activities, social media or business development initiatives is advantageous Located in or very close to Kapiti A current New Zealand driver's licence is preferred What's in it for You?
