Sales Representative McKinney

Are you the person who always knows someone, gets involved, and loves building relationships? Allegiance Title is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing McKinney office. While we would love someone with experience in our industry, we’re less concerned about whether you’ve sold title insurance before and more interested in finding someone who knows how to connect with people, build trust, and become an active part of the community. Whether you’ve built a successful career in sales or you’ve become a leader through volunteering, networking organizations, local schools, nonprofits, chambers of commerce, or community events, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Build and strengthen relationships with REALTORS®, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other real estate professionals. Represent Allegiance Title at networking events, community organizations, and industry functions. Develop new business while providing exceptional service to existing clients. Partner with our outstanding escrow teams to deliver an experience that earns lifelong clients. Create and execute a plan to grow your territory and your book of business. What We’re Looking For Ability to build relationships and influence others. Sales experience is a plus, but not required if you’ve demonstrated success through community involvement, networking, fundraising, leadership, or business development. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication and follow‑up skills. Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and helping others succeed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to be part of a collaborative, high performing culture.
