We Go Beyond for A Safer World Te Tūranga – About the Role Due to an internal move within the team, we’re looking for an experienced Digital & Demand Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning and delivery of Tait's global demand generation and digital marketing programmes. Working closely with the Head of Marketing - Creative & Growth, you'll drive pipeline growth, customer engagement and marketing performance through integrated campaigns, marketing automation, CRM, website optimisation and digital channels. Leading a team of marketing specialists, you'll build capability, foster collaboration and ensure marketing activity delivers measurable business outcomes across our global markets. Key Responsibilities Lead integrated global demand generation programmes that drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, retention and revenue objectives. Optimise Tait's digital ecosystem, including websites, SEO, SEM, CRO and digital marketing channels. Oversee HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, ensuring effective lead nurturing, reporting and sales alignment. Lead, coach and develop a team across campaigns, CRM and digital marketing, creating clarity, accountability and a culture of continuous improvement. Partner with stakeholders across global marketing, regional marketing, sales, and the wider organisation to deliver aligned, customer-focused marketing initiatives. Use data, insights and performance reporting to optimise marketing investment, improve customer experiences, conversion optimisation and demonstrate measurable business impact. About You You are a commercially minded marketing leader with extensive experience driving growth through data-led demand generation and digital marketing strategies. Equally comfortable operating at a strategic and hands‑on level, you know how to translate business priorities into high‑performing campaigns, digital experiences and marketing programmes. You enjoy leading and developing people, building strong stakeholder relationships, and creating a culture focused on results, innovation and continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate: Proven experience leading digital marketing and demand generation strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth and measurable commercial outcomes. Expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot), including lead nurturing, segmentation, attribution, workflow development and reporting. Strong capability across digital channels, including website management, SEO, paid search, paid social, digital advertising, email marketing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). Experience leveraging digital analytics, customer data and performance insights to optimise campaigns, customer journeys and marketing investment. Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives, website optimisation programmes and the implementation of marketing technology solutions. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align digital and performance marketing strategies across marketing, sales and business teams in a global environment.
