Job Description
The Department of Conservation, Te Papa Atawhai, seeks a Ranger Marine Mammal Sanctuary to protect Aotearoa’s marine environments, based at Pēwhairangi / Bay of Islands. You’ll work on-water and on land, engaging visitors to promote sanctuary regulations and protect dolphins, orca, whales and fur seals. This fixed-term, full-time role runs from early November 2026 to April 2027, with flexible rostered days across weekends and public holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
