- Deliver exceptional customer service topatients, clinicians, and others accessing our services \n
- Always maintain confidentiality and privacy. \n
- Performfront of house duties with excellent customer service skills. \n
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry andbooking. \n
- Follow MoH and Waitaha Canterbury ElectiveServices guidelines \n
- Communicate booking details clearly withpatients. \n
- Ensure waitlists are managed so that the correctpatients are offered available appointments \n
- Ensure all clinics are fully utilised \n

- Exhibit professional and proactivecommunication. \n
- Maintain a collaborative and supportive environment to ensure a high functioning service. \n

- Fast and accurate data entry of patient demographicdetails and clinical information \n
- Able to process high volumes of referral andbooking information in a timely manner \n
- High attention to detail to ensure minimal errorsoccur \n

- Abilityto manage and coordinate a range of different inputs to achieve the agreedoutputs \n
- Technicallysavvy – experience with data systems and quick at picking up newapplications/systems \n
- Excellentorganisational, time management and problem-solving skills \n
- Abilityto achieve high levels of accuracy \n
- Abilityto meet deadlines and work unsupervised \n
- A teamplayer \n
- Be ableto demonstrate ability to keep information confidential \n
- Intermediateto advanced user in the Microsoft suite of products e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel \n
- Excellentkeyboard skills \n
- Highlevel of written and verbal communication skills \n
- Demonstratedperceptiveness and a proactive approach in an administrator role. \n
- Broadadministrative experience in a health-related field \n
- Awarenessof people of differing cultural backgrounds. \n
- Knowledgeof medical terminology \n
- Familiaritywith the public hospital system (including the patient management system). \n
