Summerset Holdings seeks a Clinical Nurse Lead to guide the Care Centre team at Summerset Palms Village in Napier. You will provide leadership, clinical direction, and day-to-day coaching to ensure high-quality care aligned with NZ standards. Experience in aged care, NZNC practising certificate with PDRP levels 2–4, and strong communication are essential.
