Work on complex and interesting concrete projects Variety across commercial, civil, infrastructure and residential Genuine responsibility and hands‑on site experience Strong career development opportunities Tight-knit, practical team environment Christchurch based with South Island project exposure The role You’ll be involved in: Set‑out, measurements, quantities and pour planning Supporting formwork, reinforcing and concrete placement Daily site coordination and planning QA documentation, ITPs, pour records and hold points Procurement, material tracking and subcontractor coordination Construction methodologies and temporary works Working alongside Project Managers, Site Managers and Foremen What you'll need Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar 2+ years' relevant NZ construction experience Experience with concrete structures, formwork, commercial construction or civil projects Understanding of reinforcement, concrete pours, temporary works and QA NZ working rights Full Class 1 driver's licence Strong communication and organisational skills Proactive, hands‑on approach Flexibility to travel throughout the South Island when required Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, survey equipment or QA experience would be advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
