Casual Customer Service Team Member

Casual position, no fixed hours. We're open 8am-7pm, so shifts vary across this window (including Saturdays when we open 9am-4pm). Looking for flexibility to pick up annual leave cover and last-minute sick leave cover. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Answering phones and booking appointments Greeting clients and their pets Retail sales and processing payments Supporting vets, nurses and technicians at the front desk About you: Share values of Excellence, Empathy and Respect, Team and Community and Innovation Enjoy developing strong relationships with clients Work well in a team environment Have fantastic people skills Must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa About us: We are a proudly independent, privately owned practice having been serving our North Canterbury community for over 50 years.
