We continue to work with others to achieve equity in key health indicators for Maaori, Pacific and communities with health disparities and will continue to develop and implement plans, based on local needs to improve the health and wellbeing of Counties Manukau region. Our main sites are Middlemore Hospital, Kidz First Hospital and Manukau Health Park. We are part of Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, the overarching organisation for New Zealands national health service. HNZ leads the day-to-day running of the health system, with functions delivered at local, district, regional and national levels. About the Role: Are you a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education, leadership, and community-based care? We're seeking a dedicated professional to join the Otara Community Health Team as a Clinical Coach, supporting our nursing workforce, promoting best practice, and delivering high-quality, whanau-centred care within the community. In this role, you'll identify learning needs, provide individual coaching, mentor and precept new nurses, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to embed evidence-based practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Proficient or Expert) to provide clinical guidance and professional support to both experienced and new graduate nurses across our community health services, helping build a confident, capable, and connected workforce.
