Our main sites are Middlemore Hospital, Kidz First Hospital and Manukau Health Park. We are part of Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, the overarching organisation for New Zealands national health service. HNZ leads the day-to-day running of the health system, with functions delivered at local, district, regional and national levels. About the Role: Are you a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education, leadership, and community-based care? We're seeking a dedicated professional to join the Otara Community Health Team as a Clinical Coach, supporting our nursing workforce, promoting best practice, and delivering high-quality, whanau-centred care within the community. In this role, you'll identify learning needs, provide individual coaching, mentor and precept new nurses, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to embed evidence-based practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Proficient or Expert) to provide clinical guidance and professional support to both experienced and new graduate nurses across our community health services, helping build a confident, capable, and connected workforce.
