Focused on driving measurable results, the Sales Operations Manager will identify and implement high-impact, data-driven strategies that enhance sales effectiveness, maximise revenue, and accelerate growth. By leveraging market insights, optimising sales processes, and championing continuous improvement, this role will empower teams to perform at their best and deliver outstanding commercial outcomes. What You’ll Do Develop and execute sales optimisation strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the sales process, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to optimize sales performance. Analyse sales data and metrics: Refresh weekly and monthly reports in collaboration with ANZ Sales Analytics team. Own Customer data sell out data ingestion. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Use data-driven insights to develop actionable recommendations for enhancing sales strategies. Sales process improvement: Evaluate existing sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and tools to optimise the sales process and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement joint initiatives to drive sales growth. Sales forecasting and planning: Support the development of sales forecasts, budgeting, and goal-setting processes. Monitor sales performance against targets, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure sales goals are met. Utilising Sales Planning Tool (SPT) that aggregates retailer and EHP data and facilitates clear Sales development and forecast management. Performance tracking and reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and track progress. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales results, key insights, and recommendations to senior management. Commercial Acumen: Implement measures to provide greater control over commercial investments, ensuring trade spend is optimized for maximum return, including investment business cases, tactical management and Customer Price List management. Develop and manage channel inventory control tower tools: collaborating with Supply Chain and operations teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock outs and reduce excess inventory costs. Manage Weekly meeting Cadence: Weekly: Weekly Sales Order Book Meeting; Bi-weekly Sales Delivery Focus Meeting and S&OE Meeting. Report Management: Stock availability report, slobs and obsolescence management. Experience & Qualifications Extensive experience in a similar role within Sales Operations/Analytics Technical expertise and capability in popular data analytics tools Advanced level expertise in Excel Power BI and SAP preferred Experience within the White Goods industry or a consumer goods environment would be advantageous however not essential Bachelor\'s or master’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, or other Business-related field Why work for Electrolux?
