Mō te tūranga | About the Role We’relooking for a senior Technical DeliveryLeadto guide the work of our Contact Centre Technology squad, supporting critical platforms that help keep customer and colleague channels reliable,secureand continuously improving. This role blends service ownership, deliveryleadershipand hands‑on technical direction across contact centre technology, Microsoft Dynamics 365, platform integration, operationalresilienceand engineering excellence. You’llbe responsible for anmanaging squad priorities, roadmap, backlog, complianceactivitiesand day‑to‑day delivery across both run and change. Working closely with business stakeholders, engineers,vendorsand Technology leaders,you’llmake sure our contact centre services are stable, well governed, risk aware and aligned to customer and business outcomes. Contact centre domain knowledge and Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience. Ability to lead technical direction across architecture, integration, automation,reliabilityand production support. Confidence managing risk, compliance, incidents, vendors,stakeholdersand operational resilience in a regulated environment. A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to coach engineers, simplify complexity and drive practical outcomes.
