Registered Nurse | Fixed Term | Christchurch 1 x Fixed Term full-time position Competitive pay rates and allowances in Aged Care on offer Stunning Retirement Village located in the heart of Christchurch About the role We are seeking a passionate RN to provide first class care services to our residents at The Village Palms in Christchurch. This is a FIXED TERM role till 15th of April 2027 - 40 hours a week - AM shifts from Sunday to Thursday 1.5 times the payrate applies for weekends! We offer top hourly rates and allowances as well as an amazing team to work in! Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care. Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills Work collaboratively with other team members Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families. Provide compassionate and high-level care. About you You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person. You also have: Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate Strong nursing experience, aged care - even better! Up to date knowledge of wound care management Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. You are also a team player with a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
