The Postman's Leg is looking for a passionate and reliable chef to join our kitchen team. Whether you're an experienced Chef de Partie ready to run your own section or a motivated Commis Chef looking to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be involved in food preparation and service, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, and working closely with the wider kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Previous kitchen experience (1+ years for Commis Chef, 2+ years for Chef de Partie)

• A relevant cookery or food safety qualification (NCEA Level 3 or equivalent)

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• A passion for producing great food

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
