The successful applicant will understand the science of learning and its influence on effective teaching. Strong coaching and mentoring skills, sound professional judgement, and a commitment to improving outcomes for all learners are essential. We teach Structured Literacy (iDeaL) and Maths No Problem! school-wide, so experience with these approaches would be an advantage.
