About the Team: The People & Partnerships Group manages ourpeople, customer and stakeholder relationships, communications, sustainability,and strategy. They ensure an integrated approach to managing internal andexternal relationships, promoting a customer-focused and engaged workplaceculture. They oversee strategic customer and stakeholder relationships,communications, and the development of Airways Corporate Strategy, includingsustainability. About the Role: Join our People & Partnerships team in this newlycreated full-time permanent role as Senior Human Resources Advisor based at ourChristchurch based campus. You’ll work across the organisation, providing enterprise-widehuman resources expertise that enables effective people leadership andorganisational performance. As an experienced Senior HR Advisor, you’ll supportleaders by providing specialist advice across a broad range of people matters,supporting organisational change initiatives, managing employee relationsmatters (within delegated authority) and contributing to strategic peopleinitiatives. This will see you closely collaborate with HRBusiness Partners, promoting the consistent application of people policies,employment legislation and best practice while building leadership capabilityand supporting a high-performing, engaged workforce. About You: You’ll be self-driven, pragmatic and hold theconfidence needed to work across the organisation in a fast-paced, dynamicState-Owned Enterprise (SOE). Additionally, you will have: A relevant tertiary qualification inHuman Resources, Employment Relations, Business or a related discipline Around 5 - 8 years' HR advisoryexperience across a broad range of HR disciplines Prior experience: Supporting organisational change andemployee relations matters Providing sound advice and buildingleadership capability Managing multiple priorities whilemaintaining a high standard of delivery Strong working knowledge of New Zealandemployment legislation and employment relations processes Deep competence in employment relationsand risk assessments Exceptional communication, relationship-buildingand stakeholder management skills Strong judgement, problem-solvingcapability and commercial acumen Ability to work in a dynamic businessenvironment, collaborate with people internally and externally, show resilienceand agility, take ownership and focus on delivering successful businessoutcomes. Beneficial: Prior experience: Working in a complex operationalenvironment Working at a State-Owned Enterprise Gained in aviation, transport,infrastructure or technology environments Training in or experience with jobevaluation.
