We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Football School Coordinator to help drive the growth and delivery of our Football School programme across Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves football, thrives on building relationships, and is passionate about creating outstanding experiences for children, families, schools and community partners. About the Role As Football School Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation, growth and success of the Auckland FC Football School programme. You'll work closely with coaches, schools, families, venues and club stakeholders to ensure every session, clinic and camp is delivered to the highest standard. From coordinating logistics and managing customer relationships to supporting programme growth and delivering football experiences, no two days will be the same. What You'll Be Doing Programme Delivery & Growth Coordinate Football School sessions, clinics, camps and events across Auckland. Schedule coaches and manage venue bookings. Build relationships with schools, families and community partners. Help identify new participation opportunities and grow programme revenue. Ensure every player and family enjoys a first-class Football School experience. Football Development Support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Football School curriculum Promote Auckland FC and our football philosophy within the community. Assist with practical session delivery when required. Help educate players and parents on player development pathways and principles. Operations & Administration Manage registrations, bookings and attendance tracking. Communicate upcoming programmes, camps and events to families. Monitor participation figures and assist with reporting. Support planning and delivery within agreed budgets Customer Experience Be the primary point of contact for parents, schools and partners. Ensure all communications are professional, timely and positive. Create memorable experiences that strengthen connections with Auckland FC. What We're Looking For You might already be working in sport, community engagement, programme coordination, coaching, education or event management. Most importantly, you're passionate about people and creating outstanding experiences. You'll bring: Exceptional organisational and scheduling skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Experience working with children and young people. Excellent relationship‑building skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and the confidence to think on your feet. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of football and grassroots coaching environments. A proactive, self‑motivated approach to work.
