About the role: Working closely with the Strategic Relationships and Development Lead, you will coordinate the operational delivery of clinical placements across a wide range ofprivatehealthcare settings. You will be instrumental in ensuring the host providerpartnerships are successfullysupportedthrough excellent coordination andcommunication. This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptionalorganisationalskills, attention todetailand the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will work closely with healthcare providers, academicstaffand students to ensure placements are coordinated efficiently,Nursing Councilrequirements aremetand issues are resolved promptly. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate clinical placements for nursingākongaacross a range ofprivatehealthcare settings, includingstudent allocations, placementschedulesand associated documentation. Support the day-to-day management of established placement partnerships through regular communication with healthcare providers. Provide operational support to the Strategic Relationships and Development Lead to ensure successful delivery of clinical placements. Assistwithpreceptortraining courseenrolments. Contribute to continuous improvement of placement processes and systems. Uphold and promote the principles ofTeTiritio Waitangi, tikanga Māori and culturally safe practice. About You: You are highlyorganised, enjoy working withpeopleand thrive in an environment where no two days are the same. You take pride in delivering excellent service, building positive workingrelationshipsand ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. To be successful,you'llhave: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities whilemaintainingexceptional attention to detail. Strong relationship-building,communicationand stakeholder management skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and databases or CRM systems. Excellentorganisationaland problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes. An understanding of, or commitment to,TeTiritio Waitangi and culturally safe practice. Experience in healthcare, tertiary education, workforcecoordinationor student placements would beadvantageousbut is not essential. Why work with us?
