The role | Te tūnga This permanent Wellington-based role reports to the Senior Manager – People Experience & Capability and plays a key role in delivering projects and initiatives across our People Experience portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to design and deliver organisational development interventions, tackle complex organisational challenges, and build your expertise across a broad range of OD disciplines. You'll join a high-performing team that includes a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead, two Organisational Development technical leaders, two Learning and Development specialists, a Māori Crown Relations expert and a people leader committed to supporting your growth and development. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in organisational development, who can apply practical frameworks and approaches to solve business challenges and communicate ideas in a way that engages and influences stakeholders. What you bring | Nōu te rourou We highly value demonstrated competency in mātauranga Māori, tikanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi application in a workplace setting. To support this work, proficiency in te reo Māori, or a strong commitment to developing te reo Māori capability is welcomed. We are seeking candidates with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and applying cultural capability in their practice. We recognise that valuable skills can come from both paid and unpaid work. You might have gained experience in education, hospitality, technology, public service, the marae, or the arts.
