You can find more about ACC and the work we do at acc.co.nz. About the role Mō te tūranga mahi We're seeking a dedicated Procurement Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with your business unit stakeholders to plan, prioritise and manage a portfolio of procurement activities, ensuring procurement is aligned to organisational priorities. As a Procurement Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships across the business to understand strategic objectives, upcoming initiatives and commercial needs. You'll partner with stakeholders to proactively develop and manage procurement pipelines, identify opportunities, and deliver fit-for-purpose procurement solutions that enable confident decision-making and support successful business outcomes. The focus of this role is on business partnering, procurement planning, and end-to-end management of a portfolio of procurement initiatives, ensuring the right procurement approach is applied at the right time. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to navigate commercial challenges, manage risks and opportunities, and deliver value that supports ACC's strategic objectives. You'll be part of a procurement partnering model, working alongside Senior Procurement Partners, Procurement Partners and Advisors to take an enterprise-wide view of procurement activity across ACC. You'll be responsible for maintaining visibility of upcoming demand, supporting business planning, and delivering procurement solutions that are strategic, well-planned, timely, and aligned to ACC's goals. You'll be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent role based in Wellington. This role sits within a salary range of $101,287 - $142,993 based on experience and demonstrated capability. About you Mōu You will bring: Strong experience across end'to'end procurement processes within complex or public sector environments A solid working knowledge of the New Zealand Government Procurement Rules (NZGPR) to support innovative and the ability to apply them pragmatically to achieve value'driven procurement outcomes Experience developing procurement strategies that align with organisational priorities The ability to work independently, manage your workload effectively, and keep work moving without excessive oversight A track record of meeting deadlines and progressing multiple streams of work in parallel The ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders A partnership mindset - able to build trust, influence outcomes and turn insights into action Well'developed communication, influencing and problem'solving skills A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to adapt ways of working You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application Working at ACC Mō ACC At ACC, we embrace the rich tapestry of Aotearoa New Zealand's cultures and are dedicated to providing equitable opportunities.
