Completes technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks. Technical Software Support, where you will deliver support services to customers utilising our Varian oncology software suite, resolving technical issues, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. Your role Respond to helpdesk queries and resolve software/technical issues. Remotely troubleshoot, diagnose and escalate complex matters when required. Restore systems to normal operation quickly to minimise downtime. Log all support activities accurately in CRM. Support installs, upgrades, maintenance and customer training. Follow WHS, quality and company procedures at all times. Your expertise Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Strong troubleshooting skills across software, application layer, networks, infrastructure and Windows/Linux environments. Experience with Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft Azure, Citrix and VMware/virtual environments. Understanding of ITIL and best practices for IT support. Flexibility around working hours.
