Sales & Logistics Coordinator

Join Giltrap Group as a Sales & Logistics Co-ordinator! As a Sales & Logistics Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the landing, moving and storage of Geely, Zeekr and Farizon vehicles in New Zealand, along with assisting the Dealer Network and Brand Managers to deliver monthly results and adhere to factory standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing shipping and logistics of vehicles from factory to dealer Support the sales department with vehicle administration, ordering, logistics, stock management and invoicing along with dealer enquiries and communication Manage the company fleet vehicle delivery, maintenance and disposal Support corporate sales through the preparation and delivery of vehicles General administration and tasks to support the NordEast sales department About You Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative and is hungry to learn with a can-do attitude.
