Key role to support the administration and coordination for Water Teams Full time permanent positions, based at Porirua and Rongotai Full drivers licence required This is a full time position of 40 hours per week. The remuneration range for this role is $64,306 to $90,785 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience About the Role We're looking for organised and proactive Administrators to join the Tiaki Wai Fulton Hogan Alliance. Supporting our Water Teams, you'll play a key role coordinating operational activities, maintaining accurate records, managing bookings and notifications, and ensuring work is planned and communicated effectively. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating traffic management and no-parking requirements Tracking approvals, schedules, and planning information Preparing and distributing customer notification letters Monitoring and updating work plans and reporting information Reviewing work orders and supporting job planning activities Managing small plant maintenance records and fleet servicing schedules Liaising with subcontractors and internal stakeholders Providing general administrative support to operational teams About You You are someone who enjoys staying organised, managing competing priorities, and building positive working relationships. You'll bring: Previous experience in administration, coordination, scheduling, or operations support Strong skills across Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Excellent communication and customer service skills The ability to work independently and use initiative Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills Confidence working with systems and databases (Maximo experience is an advantage) A Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence A commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement About us Tiaki Wai works in partnership with Fulton Hogan (An Alliance) to improve three water services across the Wellington Region.
