Quantity Surveyor

Not every residential Quantity Surveying role is about pumping out house-and-land estimates. Our client is entering the next stage of its growth, delivering increasingly complex residential developments alongside its established housing business. They're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can bring commercial leadership, challenge ideas, and help support that transition. You’ll work across the full commercial lifecycle, from early pricing and procurement through to project delivery, partnering closely with Project Managers and the leadership team. This is a role where your opinion will be valued, and you’ll have the opportunity to influence commercial decisions rather than simply administer them. If you enjoy getting into the detail, building relationships with subcontractors and finding smarter ways to deliver projects, this is the type of role where you’ll thrive. What you’ll bring 5+ years' Quantity Surveying experience. Strong residential construction background. Confidence managing procurement and subcontract negotiations.
