The New Zealand Venue Co. family are looking for talented and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our Wellington venue team. This role will entail assisting in the day-to-day operations of the venue, working collaboratively and providing support to the staff and management team. What we’re looking for Passionate commitment to a successful career in the hospitality industry Projects a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times Possesses superb presentation and customer service skills What we need from you A passion for the hospitality industry A friendly, enthusiastic, can-do attitude Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front Exceptional customer service and presentation skills 12 months of restaurant and hospitality service experience Flexible availability to work rostered shifts as our venues operate Monday to Sunday What will your job duties include? Effective day to day communication with a multi-skilled team Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks at a high quality standard Support staff in delivering an outstanding customer experience Participate in and maintain knowledge of venue events and promotions Maintain a clean and orderly environment as per the venues standards Troubleshooting and problem solving, including customer complaint resolution Why Choose us?
