You will be part of a dynamic, progressive multidisciplinary team, working alongside Diabetes Dietitians, Nurses, and Endocrinologists who are all committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred diabetes care. About the Role Based at Palmerston North Hospital, this role is integral to our specialist multidisciplinary team, supporting people living with diabetes who have complex health needs. You will work across a range of settings including: Inpatient care Outpatient clinics Community environments This varied role ensures continuity of care and supports improved health outcomes for individuals and their whānau. About you To be successful in this role you will have: Registration with the New Zealand Dietitians Board and a current Annual Practising Certificate. Endorsement as a Dietitian Prescriber. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. A commitment to achieving equitable health outcomes for Māori and all communities we serve. A current full New Zealand driver's licence. Previous experience in diabetes is advantageous, but your commitment to excellence and team collaboration is what matters most.
