Customer Service Representative / H&S Coordinator CARTERS Waipukurau is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our branch team, with responsibility for Health and Safety coordination. This is a varied, hands-on role where every day brings a mix of customer service, sales support and keeping our branch safe and running smoothly. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, on the phone and at the counter, while also taking ownership of the branch's day-to-day Health & Safety requirements. Answering inbound calls and customer enquiries promptly, courteously, and professionally Taking orders, providing accurate product and service information, and resolving queries to ensure a positive customer experience Trade sales - general quoting, counter sales, and phone enquiries Stocking retail products and keeping the showroom maintained to a high standard Coordinating the branch's Health & Safety requirements - training records, inductions, hazard reporting, and emergency procedures Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and administration in line with company policies and procedures About You Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure Demonstrated experience delivering professional, responsive customer service Confidence in navigating computer systems Product and industry knowledge, previous Health & Safety coordination experience, and/or experience with inwards goods and inventory systems are advantageous Advantages of Advancing Your Career with Carters Stability and a focus on work life balance, this role offers permanent full-time employment.
