About the Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Richard Hadlee Retirement Village in Belfast , Christchurch as a Gardener . This is a Full Time, Fixed Term position working Monday - Friday 0800-1630. Starting 28 th September to 2026 to 28 th March 2027 . In this role you will: Work in a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoy Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area Enjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas Work closely with, and support your colleagues About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have: Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail A reliable, friendly and professional manner Please note that, although we often welcome applications from overseas candidates, due to immigration requirements, we require applicants to have New Zealand work rights for this position About Ryman Ryman is a leader in retirement living and care, employing over 7,700 people in New Zealand and Australia across a wide range of areas, including nursing, village operations, sales, technology, design, and corporate roles.
