Downer Group in Auckland is seeking a Work Management Lead to direct the Dispatch function and optimise maintenance scheduling. You will coordinate reactive, planned, and preventative activities, while aligning with Operations, Maintenance, Customer Services, Technology teams, contractors, and clients. You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, support system integration projects, and act as escalation point for incidents.
