Organisational Performance and Improvement Lead Listed 7 days Ago Odyssey We are looking to recruit a talented individual to the role of Organisational Performance and Improvement Lead at Odyssey. Reporting to our CFO, the role will be responsible for leading organisational performance, systems and reporting improvements and building internal capability in these areas, in partnership with leaders and teams across the organisation. A strategic thinker, experienced report writer and skilled collaborator, you will also have: At least 5 years relevant experience, including experience leading organisational performance, systems and/or reporting improvements within a health, mental health, addictions or social services setting Experience managing contractual and funder reporting requirements and developing systems that support accurate and timely organisational reporting Experience of contributing to strategic planning, innovation or service improvement Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, build strong trusting relationships and connect ideas, people and information A relevant tertiary qualification (L7) Proven expertise in evaluation, outcomes measurement and organisational learning Demonstrated understanding of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to this role A passion for improving outcomes for tāngata whai ora, whānau and communities In return we offer: The opportunity to make a tangible difference to the organisational performance of a reputable AOD provider Use your varied skills and experience in organisational development, systems and/or reporting improvements to achieve real impact An annual salary of $112,400 to $131,040.00 per annum depending on qualifications and experience More about us: Odyssey has supported thousands of New Zealanders whose lives are affected by alcohol, drug or other addiction challenges.
