Napier-based full-time Property Advisor role within the New Zealand Government Education sector. You will work with school boards to optimise the condition of school property buildings while building out capital works plans across Hawke's Bay and Tairawhiti. The position requires travel across Hawke's Bay and Tairawhiti, ensuring facilities are warm, safe and dry for students.
