Avanti Finance is expanding its Customer Care & Resolution Assurance team in New Zealand to oversee quality, compliance and lending decisions. This hands-on role will lead the Assurance Framework, review interactions and documentation, and identify risks with practical improvement recommendations. You will partner with Customer Care, Operations, Credit, Risk and Legal to strengthen capability, drive accountability and improve customer outcomes.
