AI Adoption Specialist

Manukora is a New Zealand-based Manuka honey brand on a mission to bring the world's most authentic, ethically sourced honey to people who care about what they put in their bodies. We sell direct-to-consumer, on Amazon, and through retail partners across the US, GCC, and UK. About the Opportunity This role is for someone who loves AI, but loves helping people even more. As our AI Adoption Specialist, you will help Manukora's teams learn, adopt, and use AI tools confidently. You will run training, create guides, meet with teams, answer questions, and help people turn real work into better AI-assisted workflows. This is not a deep engineering role. We have a separate AI Automation Engineer role for building more technical systems and automations. This role is the other half of the equation: getting the company ready, confident, and capable enough to use AI well. You will report to the Head of AI & Systems and work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations, People & Culture, and Customer Experience. What You'll Own AI training and coaching. You will run onboarding, workshops, office hours, and 1:1 coaching for people at different levels of AI confidence. Some people will be excited. Some will be skeptical. Some will be nervous. Your job is to meet them where they are and help them move forward. Guides, manuals, and video walkthroughs. You will create practical learning materials people actually use: short written guides, video walkthroughs, prompt examples, playbooks, and team-specific examples. Adoption across the business. You will track where AI is being used well, where adoption is lagging, and where people need more support. The goal is not tool usage for its own sake. The goal is better work, less manual effort, and higher confidence. Use-case discovery. You will meet with teams to understand how they work and where AI could help. Some opportunities will be simple coaching moments. Others will become larger automation ideas for the AI & Systems build pipeline. Responsible AI habits. You will teach people what AI can do, what it cannot do, and when human judgment is required. You will help keep Manukora's AI culture realistic, useful, and trusted. Who You Are You are passionate about AI and genuinely enjoy helping other people understand it. You are a strong trainer, facilitator, coach, or communicator. You can explain technical ideas in plain language without making people feel behind. You are comfortable with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar. You are curious about how people actually work and where their day gets stuck. You can create clear written guides and simple videos without overcomplicating them. You are realistic about AI. You do not sell hype. You teach judgment, validation, and practical use. You enjoy talking to people, asking questions, and building confidence across a team. Experience Required Experience in learning and development, training, enablement, change management, digital adoption, operations improvement, internal consulting, or a similar people-facing role. Strong hands-on use of generative AI tools in real work. Comfort creating training materials, guides, playbooks, or video walkthroughs. Ability to work independently and stay organized across multiple teams and questions. Nice to Have Experience supporting AI adoption, digital transformation, or technology rollout. Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools. Experience in a fast-growing consumer brand, ecommerce, supply chain, marketing, finance, or operations environment. Basic workflow automation ability.
