Permanent, full-time position based at a Health New Zealand national or regional hospital campus or office. Maintain accurate supply chain master data that supports purchasing, inventory, procurement and finance operations across Health New Zealand. National role that collaborates with internal teams across all Health New Zealand regions and suppliers to improve data quality, streamline processes and support efficient healthcare delivery. About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Coordinator to join our Financial Services – Business Support team. This role plays an important part in ensuring the availability, accuracy, quality and validity of supply chain master data that underpins the purchasing, distribution, inventory management, procurement, and finance processes across Health New Zealand. This includes the creation and maintenance of the product catalogue, supplier pricing and location master data within our Oracle ERP system. By maintaining reliable master data, you'll help support efficient supply chain operations and the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Working with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll maintain and improve supply chain master data, interpret business requirements, resolve data issues, and apply agreed standards and processes. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, use reporting tools and Excel to analyse and transform complex datasets, and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and clinical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. About you You are a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems and collaborating with others to improve business processes. You will bring: Solid experience working in a supply chain master data role, with knowledge of inventory management, supply chain and purchasing processes. Experience using ERP systems, preferably Oracle, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysing and transforming data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business requirements and maintain accurate, high-quality master data. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across a large organisation.
