The Warehouse Group is hiring a Service Desk Team Member at the Alexandra store. This is a part-time role, with Friday and Saturday 2:00pm–8:30pm shifts. You'll be stationed at the in-store service desk, delivering friendly, efficient customer service and supporting checkout operations. You’ll handle customer inquiries, process returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers, assist Loss Prevention, and help keep the store running smoothly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
