Registered Nurse - Permanent Full Time (32 hrs/week, 4 on 2 off, Afternoons & Nights) - Wattle Downs, South Auckland This role suits a Registered Nurse who likes a clear structure and can run a shift with confidence. At Bupa Wattle Downs Care Home , the roster is simple and consistent: 2 afternoon shifts followed by 2 night shifts, then 2 days off. 32 hours per week, permanent. No guesswork, no constant changes. You'll be leading your shifts, making clinical decisions, supporting care staff, and ensuring residents receive consistent, high-quality care across afternoons and nights. This isn't a role where you wait for direction. You're the one others look to. If you're confident managing aged care residents, comfortable across afternoons and nights, and value a steady, repeating roster, this is a practical, well-structured role. Hours & Roster Details: Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Hours: Average 32 Hours Per Week Shift Time: 2 x Afternoon Shifts and 2 x Night Shifts Roster Pattern:4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday) Your Person-First Approach: You'll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy. Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration. Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience. Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
