Junior Sous Chef - Orbit (Full Time)

The dining room rotates once every hour, providing a truly unique experience and amazing 360-degree views of Auckland City. To be successful in this role, you'll either have previous management experience at a Junior Sous Chef level or have been a strong performing Chef de Partie who is ready to step up. Due to the dynamic nature of our business, this position will cover a range of shifts, so flexibility is key. You’ll also have A minimum of 2 years of experience within a high end, large volume a la carte restaurant to a 5-star standard/Chef Hat/Michelin background Strong communication skills who will educate, motivate and inspire a team of highly skilled chefs A positive & professional attitude Cultural awareness obtained through working and managing a multinational kitchen brigade. You will have a sound understanding of a kitchen structure and operation and be able to work autonomously.
