We’re looking for an experienced Development Manager to join our team for a six-month fixed-term assignment. This is an opportunity for a seasoned development engineering leader to step into a well-established team, provide expert guidance, support key work programmes, and help maintain momentum while the organisation works through a period of change and reviews its future land development service delivery arrangements. You’ll bring: Extensive development engineering or land development experience Proven leadership capability Strong understanding of subdivision and infrastructure delivery Excellent stakeholder management skills The ability to quickly establish credibility and hit the ground running Make a difference by: Providing leadership and support to the Development Team Bringing specialist development engineering expertise to complex projects Building strong relationships with developers, consultants and stakeholders Maintaining momentum across a significant programme of development activity Supporting the team through a period of change while continuing to deliver high-quality outcomes If you're an experienced professional looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution over the next six months, we'd love to hear from you.
