We have 2 Perm opportunities available within our Wellington hub. As a Review Specialist, you will review ACC decisions through the lens of customers and independent reviewers, identify opportunities for early resolution, and represent ACC at conciliations and review hearings when required. Working across diverse areas of ACC, you will contribute to quality decision making, support rehabilitation outcomes, and help deliver fair, customer-focused services that keep Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. The starting salary for this role is $90,039. Experience managing conflict and navigating challenging conversations with confidence and empathy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to build productive relationships with customers and stakeholders. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands. An interest in legislation, dispute resolution, case law and decision quality. Personal resilience and sound judgement when supporting people experiencing challenging circumstances. Understanding of Tikanga Māori, Māori dispute resolution processes, or Te Reo Māori would be advantageous. Requirements You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
