We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a talent for customer service to join our friendly Accounts Receivable team.The key focus of this role is to communicate with residents and their next of kin regarding fees, including: Preparing paperwork to send to residents including covering letters and any relevant documentation or information about automatic payments, direct debits or invoices Setting up funding forresidentcareor services Communicating with Village staff to follow up on overdue or incorrect paperwork Completing month end balance by the deadline given What's in it for you?
