We are seeking an innovative and passionate teachers to join our Primary team across either Phase 1 (Years 0 - 3) or Phase 2 (Years 4 - 6). We are looking for a teacher who: Has a clear sense of calling to Christian Education, with a genuine faith that shapes your practice. Has strong interpersonal skills and can work collaboratively within a team. Demonstrates understanding of the learning processes of diverse learners, evidenced through effective planning and responsive implementation. Displays highly effective teaching strategies and a sound knowledge of the NZ Curriculum - Te Mātaiaho. Reflects professionally on opportunities for growth and improvement. Applicants are required to have an active personal Christian faith and a willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the special character of Bethlehem College shall be a condition of appointment, as provided for in the school’s Integration Agreement and Schedule 6, Clause 47 of the Education and Training Act 2020.
