We are searching for an outstanding experienced Administrator to join our team. The role requires someone who will have the ability to perform under pressure and is passionate about providing caring and outstanding customer service to the residents of the Wairarapa region. About The Role This is a permanent part-time position, working 64 hours per fortnight, (0.8 FTE) this role is rostered and rotating across Monday to Sunday and shift work is included. The successful candidate will have the ability to pick up extra hours on occasion. You will undertake a full range of administrative functions including reception and frontline support. This role will provide administrative support to the Acute Services (Emergency Department) and will form part of the wider hospital Administration Team. About You The ideal candidate will be Customer focused, someone who finds it easy to be organised, is a multi-tasker, with the ability to adapt to situations within this environment. You should be friendly, approachable and sensitive to needs of the customers/patients and the challenges this will bring working within in this exciting role. You will have an eye for detail and accurate data entry skills. Experience in Edmund and customer or patient Service and a clinical setting or health environment would be acceptable. Because you will be working in a high pressure environment with unique processes and systems, this role will ideally suit someone who is a fast-learner, adaptable, able to manage a busy workload and be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
