As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll be a guiding presence for our team and our manuhiri (visitors), ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and care of our Ngāi Tahu culture. You’ll help us deliver world-class stargazing and hospitality experiences, while upholding the mana of our people and our place. What you’ll be responsible for: Lead and support our kaimahi to deliver excellence every day Create a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience for all manuhiri Oversee bookings, retail, and admin with precision and pride Help us reach our goal of becoming carbon zero by 2040 A safe and supportive workplace We are committed to the wellbeing of our kaimahi and manuhiri.
