Cold Chain Clerk

As a Shipping Clerk Cold Chain/Dispatch, you'll play an important role in ensuring product is dispatched accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. You'll be responsible for coordinating electronic shipping certification, preparing export documentation, and supporting the loading and dispatch process to domestic and international markets. Working closely with the Shipping Supervisor, Loadout Team Leader, transport operators, and MPI representatives, you'll help ensure product leaves site with the correct certification and documentation while supporting smooth day-to-day logistics operations. You'll also coordinate shipping instructions, assist with inventory management, organise transport requirements, and ensure dispatch activities are completed within required timeframes. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6.30am – 3.30pm. Flexibility is required.
